About Circled Advisory

Circled Advisory is building Circle Plus, Bangalore's first invite-only private listing platform for luxury homes.

We advise founders, CXOs, business owners, HNIs, and UHNIs on some of Bangalore's most exclusive residential opportunities. Our approach is built on trust, market intelligence, discretion, and long-term relationships.

We're a small, ambitious team building a new standard for luxury real estate advisory in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore – HBR Layout

Experience: 1–3 years in pre-sales, inside sales, client relations, hospitality, banking, customer service, or real estate.

About The Role

This is not a typical tele-calling role.

As a Client Engagement Associate, you will support our Luxury Sales Managers by nurturing leads that are not yet ready for immediate closure.

You will engage prospective HNI/UHNI buyers, understand their requirements, identify buying intent, and move serious clients toward an advisor conversation or site visit.

Your success is measured by revived conversations, qualified handovers, and site-visit-ready clients.

What You'll Do

• Speak with prospective buyers and understand their requirements in detail

• Execute follow-ups and nurturing activities through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM workflows

• Build rapport and maintain relationships with prospective clients over longer buying cycles

• Re-engage inactive or unresponsive leads and bring them back into active conversations

• Understand buying intent, timelines, budget, and location preferences

• Identify opportunities that are ready for an advisor conversation or site visit

• Coordinate closely with Luxury Sales Managers to ensure smooth handovers

• Keep CRM records updated with detailed client notes and interactions

• Understand client concerns and objections and ensure they are addressed appropriately

• Develop a strong understanding of Bangalore's residential micro-markets and luxury projects

• Help maintain a premium and professional client experience throughout the buying journey

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, client relations, customer service, hospitality, banking, or real estate

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills

• Naturally warm, professional, and comfortable speaking with founders, CXOs, HNIs, and senior professionals

• Strong listener who can understand client needs beyond basic requirements

• Disciplined with follow-ups and relationship management

• Comfortable handling multiple conversations and leads simultaneously

• Strong understanding of Bangalore's key residential micro-markets such as Indiranagar, Koramangala, CBD, Hebbal, Whitefield, North Bangalore.

• Able to confidently discuss locations, connectivity, lifestyle preferences, and neighborhood differences with prospective buyers

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM systems

• Able to identify buying intent and prioritize opportunities effectively

• Comfortable working Saturdays and Sundays (Monday will be the weekly off)
