Role Description

This is a full-time remote position as a Client Delivery Executive. The role involves overseeing client accounts and ensuring high levels of satisfaction by managing services effectively. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring service delivery processes, managing client expectations, addressing client queries, and overseeing project timelines. The Client Delivery Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client requirements. Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction management.
• Strong Program Management skills with experience in overseeing projects and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in IT Service Management and a solid understanding of technical staffing processes.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess project needs and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the IT staffing or consulting industry is advantageous.
