Withum is currently seeking a Client Record Data Steward. You will report directly to, and work closely with, the AR. As the Data Steward you will be the subject matter expert in best practices for data governance and quality, supporting the data user community. You will own responsibility for specific data processes and procedures while creating and editing data requirements consistent with established guidelines. You will also be responsible for assessing and evaluating user issues and problems with data and assisting in overall management and the streamlining of the data quality processes.

How You'll Spend Your Time:

Conduct system wide data validation exercises to assess data quality.

Approve new records created by users to ensure we maintain high quality information, and where records are incomplete / inaccurate identify user training needs.

Run regular deduplication processes to identify and resolve duplicate records through merging. Merge duplicate clients as needed.

Support system users with updating client data and completing imports

Maintain Client job accuracy and changes as needed/requested.

Validate and research job rollover automation process

Maintain client data email account and address any issues/requests.

Import and validate client data changes

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in data management; Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience a plus.

Education: BA or BS degree required in business data related field.

Experience with a major ERP platform (Dynamics, SalesForce, Oracle, SAP, etc.)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products, primarily Excel (Access and Power BI experience a bonus)

High sense of urgency and responsiveness, supporting our internal clients (the users themselves)

Strong verbal and written communication.

Ability to work effectively with teams and colleagues.

High level of attention to detail and strong keyboard skills/accuracy.

High level of IT literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-performance environment.

Ability to process and understand datasets.

Confidence to inspire system usage by being a DealCloud Champion.

Experience of working with large datasets is preferred, but not essential.

Intermediate level MS Excel skills are preferred, but not essential.

Basic understanding of GDPR and data protection preferred, but not essential
