Job Summary
As a KYC Analyst within the KYC Operations team, you manage your own book of work and oversee the end-to-end KYC process. You will collaborate closely with Front Office, Relationship Partners, and key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate due diligence. As a part of this team, you will drive process improvements, maintain high-quality standards, and support regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage your own KYC new business book of work and oversee end-to-end processes.
  2. Administer and support the team responsible for daily BAU deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with Front Office and Relationship Partner Teams to gather KYC documentation.
  4. Prepare and publish various reports and metrics.
  5. Liaise with the business for workload planning and case prioritization.
  6. Frequently interact with key stakeholders to develop strong partnerships and ensure information flow.
  7. Create quality KYC profiles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  8. Manage personal workload, prioritize tasks, and escalate key risks/issues as needed.
  9. Stay informed of process, procedure, and regulatory changes, and communicate updates.
  10. Identify and execute process improvements, supporting key initiatives.
  11. Maintain globally agreed quality pass rates for KYC records.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  1. Demonstrate a working knowledge of KYC, Compliance, or AML.
  2. Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification.
  3. Apply knowledge of multiple client types, including corporates and financial institutions.
  4. Exhibit understanding of the financial industry.
  5. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with conflict resolution experience.
  6. Manage time, organize tasks, and build strong relationships.
  7. Focus on quality and maintain a strong controls mindset.

  1. Display experience in FINTECH or Payments Gateway industry.
  2. Adapt quickly to evolving and changing environments.
  3. Proactively manage and drive personal career development.
