Role Description
- Successful candidate will be joining the of the Adoptions and Distribution team within CDM, performing critical actions to ensure all applications are onboarding through the strategic Channel of distribution. Along with the usual new application adoption, assisting in legacy channels migration to GRPC/ SDP.
- Primary responsibility will be to provide Downstream consumers/application access to static cRDS - Client Reference Data, ensuring to obtain approval for relevant critical/restricted dataset and assist onboarding in lower environment and post successful connectivity provisioning access in PROD environment.
- Drive and assist any new KYC relevant application to meet the Bafin Controls, aid in execution of UAT test scenarios for successful integration between cRDS and downstream applications.
- The group provides operational services across the Global Markets and Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) clients globally, which enable client business, regulatory, protect against client lifecycle risk and drive-up data standards within the firm. The CDM function is focused on driving compliance within operations. The primary focus of this Client data, which has a significant impact on how we perform on-boarding and KYC of our customers, maintenance of client accounts and downstream operations.

Your key responsibilities
CDM Adoptions and Distributions Objectives
- Ensure the access provision is at right level of entitlements, change and enhancement are support to Client data consumers.
- Collaborate with Data modelers to incorporate critical attributes gaps/ New attributes raised by consumers for SDP.
- Raise DQ concerns highlighted by consumers to respective data attribute ownership to remediate & retain the data quality.
- Remediate all known data issues and gaps to ensure all data is ready for use by various processes built around dbCAR
- Identify root cause and work towards prioritising strategic improvements to mitigate issues overall.
- Responsible for ensuring agreed standards and procedures are duly followed to review for delivering against the set timelines.
- Work closely with SMEs within the larger Client Data Services across locations to obtain required skillsets to have the right level of support required for adopting the application.
- Create and agree required KOPs and KPIs around key processes.
- Manage delivery against agreed timelines and milestones with key Stakeholders / Business
- Set the stage for measurement of KPI's and KRI's and other metrics
- Record, Track and Report on Risks and Issues
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Individual to work and contribute to meet the Teams objective.
- Evaluating availability of required information and is line with stakeholder's requirements
- Maintain and document data changes
Your skills and experience
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, especially in Client Onboarding / KYC / Client Reference Data function within Investment or commercial Banking.
- Fair understanding in differentiating the legal entities and sub accounts/funds
- Proficient in managing the email queries related to the Client reference data (CRDS) process
- High emphasis on teamwork and leading situations, Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members
- Strong and well-developed relationship / stakeholder skills
- High motivation and pro-active approach to situations
- A proven, high level of analytical and problem-solving experience.
- Demonstration of excellent communication skills
- Ability to break down complex situations into easy-to-understand components
- Work with DQ tools, SQL, Data analytics tools is good to have.
