Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to support our US Staffing operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, recruiters, and candidates to ensure smooth communication, timely submissions, interview coordination, and overall client satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients regarding open requirements, interview schedules, onboarding updates, and staffing needs.
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely candidate submissions and status updates.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong professional relationships.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up for feedback from clients and candidates.
  • Ensure all client requirements and compliance documents are properly maintained.
  • Update ATS/CRM systems with accurate notes, statuses, and communications.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination, background checks, and documentation follow-ups.
  • Monitor service levels and help resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Prepare reports related to submissions, interviews, placements, and hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing, recruitment coordination, or account coordination.
  • Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and staffing industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM tools such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar platforms.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience coordinating with direct clients or MSP/VMS accounts.
  • Knowledge of onboarding and compliance processes.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
