Client – US Healthcare Company (product based)(GCC)

Payroll – Mancer Consulting Services (Full Time)

Location - Sattva Knowledge Park, Raidurg, Hyderabad (5 Days Office)

Role – Client Coordinator (RPO)

Roles And Responsibilities -

· Act as a point of contact between the client, candidates, and internal recruitment team.

· Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for client requirements

· Prepare & present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to hiring status, interview pipeline, closures, and recruitment metrics.

· Schedule and manage interviews, follow-ups, feedback collection, and offer coordination.

· Coordinate and manage recruitment drives, walk-ins, bulk hiring, and campus hiring activities.

· Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records regularly.

· Ensure accurate documentation and timely updation in ATS/portals.

· Track candidate movement from sourcing till onboarding and ensure proper status updates.

· Handle candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

· Ensure adherence to client TATs, SLAs, and recruitment processes.
