We are hiring a Client Coordinator to join out team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, and project updates.
  • Schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Track client requests, issues, and resolutions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or project management tools.
  • Support the sales and account management teams with client-related tasks.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.

SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client coordination, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work in US shifts
