We are hiring a Client Coordinator to join out team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, and project updates.
- Schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Track client requests, issues, and resolutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or project management tools.
- Support the sales and account management teams with client-related tasks.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.
SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client coordination, customer service, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in US shifts
