Client Coordinator who can manage creative and production workflows for reputed brands. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling client briefs, coordinating with internal creative teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality output.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate client briefs from requirement gathering to final execution
Communicate client expectations clearly to design, production, and execution teams
Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery
Support creative launches, campaigns, design rollouts, and brand collateral execution
Maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional servicing
Ensure quality output and alignment with brand guidelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage deadlines and deliverables
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in a
branding agency / advertising / media house / creative studio
Previously handled well-known brand accounts or similar reputed clients
Comfortable managing multiple creative assignments simultaneously
Strong client communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized
Ability to translate client feedback into actionable tasks for internal teams
