Job Description

  • Act as a single point of contact for clients and manage all communication channels
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication and service requests
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about the company's products and services
  • Identify and escalate client concerns to the appropriate department or individual
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-up and feedback gathering
  • Assist in preparing and distributing client reports and performance metrics
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute client requests.
