Compensation:20,000 – 28,000 (Fixed per month) + Performance Bonus

Role Overview

CVanté is looking for a proactive Client Coordination & Servicing Executive to manage incoming inquiries, support sales coordination, and ensure smooth communication across departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, structured follow-ups, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination & Servicing

  • Receive and manage incoming client inquiries via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
  • Call back on sales-related inquiries and provide preliminary information to clients.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and consultations.
  • Act as a coordination bridge between clients and internal departments.

Sales Support & Follow-ups

  • Share warm and qualified leads with the sales team promptly.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to support sales closures and onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth handover between sales, operations, and service teams.

Administration & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate client data, lead trackers, and CRM records.
  • Assist in routine office administration and documentation.
  • Prepare basic reports, trackers, and follow-up logs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in client coordination, office management, or servicing roles.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in an on-site office environment.
