Role Description The Client Care Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing timely, accurate, and professional support on Medusind's services and processes. The role includes investigating and resolving client issues, tracking and documenting interactions in internal systems, and coordinating with operations, billing, and technical teams to ensure swift resolution. The Client Care Representative will proactively follow up on open items, help set expectations, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities also include updating client records, sharing feedback to improve processes, and adhering to defined service-level agreements and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing service capabilities, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives experience.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with the ability to manage expectations and build long-term relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
- Comfort with CRM or ticketing tools, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time-management skills in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in healthcare, dental, or revenue cycle management support is preferred but not required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in any discipline is an advantage; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
