Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, communicative, and product-focused Client & Product Success Intern to support clients and users in successfully adopting and using SPARK+ products, primarily SOLO Network.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, understanding product usage, conducting demos, collecting feedback, creating support material, and ensuring that users are using the platform in the right and effective way.
The intern will monitor product usage, connect with clients and users regularly, support onboarding, help configure product-related requirements, and share product feedback with internal teams. They will also work with the marketing team to highlight product success stories, platform features, and ongoing impact through social media and other communication channels.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor how clients and users are using SOLO Network and identify whether the product is being used effectively.
- Connect regularly with clients, admins, and users to collect feedback, understand challenges, and support smooth product adoption.
- Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, presentations, and webinars for clients, users, and larger audiences.
- Help clients set up product-specific requirements, including badge strategy, admin-side data, user flows, and platform usage plans.
- Create client-specific product plans, user guides, videos, presentations, and support materials to help clients and users use the platform properly.
- Share consistent product feedback, user issues, feature suggestions, and improvement points with the technical and product teams.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure product launch activities, usage plans, and adoption goals are progressing well.
- Work with the marketing team to promote product success stories, active usage, platform features, and client outcomes through social media and other mediums.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation, demo, and webinar-handling skills.
- Ability to understand product features, user flows, and client requirements.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and client relationship management skills.
- Basic technical and product understanding with ability to explain features clearly to users.
