Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing professional based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their requirements, providing tailored solutions, facilitating customer services, and driving sales in alignment with company objectives. The selected candidate will also contribute to creating marketing strategies, conducting training sessions, and assisting in sales management activities to enhance overall business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and foster relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, achieve targets, and manage customer accounts.
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions or the ability to quickly learn and train others.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate or financial consultancy sectors is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
