Role Overview

We're looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist who can proactively identify, approach, and convert potential clients for our agency.

This is a performance-driven outbound role focused on starting conversations, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients aligned with our services
  • Execute outbound outreach via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email
  • Clearly pitch The Reel Store's marketing solutions
  • Qualify leads and close deals
  • Follow up consistently and track conversations
  • Coordinate with the internal strategy and content team

Requirements

  • 34 years experience in outbound sales / business development
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Experience selling services or agency offerings is a plus
  • Target-oriented mindset and hunger to grow
