As we expand our corporate outreach, we are seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Customer Acquisition Specialist to help grow our corporate client base.

Role Purpose

The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for generating qualified corporate opportunities for V3Nova's leadership and capability-building programs.

The role involves identifying target organizations, engaging HR, L&D, Talent Development, Business Leaders, and CXO stakeholders, setting up discovery meetings, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into business engagements.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Prospecting

  • Identify potential corporate clients across industries.
  • Build and maintain a database of decision-makers including:
  • CHROs
  • HR Heads
  • L&D Heads
  • Talent Development Leaders
  • Business Unit Heads
  • CEOs and Founders
  • Research organizational learning and leadership development needs.

Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified leads through:
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Professional networking
  • Referrals
  • Industry associations
  • Corporate databases
  • Events and conferences
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with prospective clients.

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule discovery meetings between prospective clients and V3Nova consultants.
  • Ensure proper briefing and qualification before meetings.

Opportunity Management

  • Track leads and opportunities using CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Support proposal follow-up activities.

Relationship Building

  • Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for prospective clients.

Brand Representation

  • Represent V3Nova professionally in all interactions.
  • Communicate the value proposition of leadership development, coaching, and organizational capability-building solutions.

Working Arrangement
