Job Description

Title: Associate - Client Acquisition and Partnerships

Mode: Work from Office (Role profile involves travelling for client meetings and orientation in schools across state)

Type: Full Time

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra India

Who can apply

Candidates with a minimum of 1 - 2 years of proven sales experience, with significant exposure to cold calling.

What skills are we looking for

Strong command of spoken English with the ability to communicate persuasively.

Demonstrated experience in cold calling and lead generation.

Ability to pitch, follow up, and close deals effectively.

Well-groomed and professional appearance suitable for client-facing interactions.

Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to exceed targets.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle rejections constructively.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

Pitch Gyansthan services and modus operandi to prospective clients and convert leads into customers.

Meet and exceed individual weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Orient school owners and directors, teachers, parents, and students about Gyansthan's services.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Address client queries promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Administrative & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.

Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the reporting manager.
