Client Acquisition Leader/Manager
Department: Sales / Business Development
CTC: ₹12 Lakh - ₹15 Lakh per annum
Role Objective
Drive growth in the stock broking sector by acquiring new retail and HNI clients, while expanding and managing a network of Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition:
- Develop strategies to acquire new trading and demat accounts.
- Engage in marketing/sales activities, offline campaigns, and partnerships.
- Build relationships with HNI clients for equity and investment products.
- Monitor conversion ratios and ensure compliance with KYC norms.
- Sales Associate Expansion:
- Recruit and onboard Sales Associates and channel partners.
- Provide training and support on products and compliance.
- Drive productivity and revenue from the partner network.
- Revenue Management:
- Achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
- Monitor key metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of acquisition managers, set targets, and provide coaching.
- Marketing:
- Conduct seminars and utilize digital marketing for lead generation.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of stock broking and capital markets.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and channel sales.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 5–10 years in financial services.
- NISM certifications preferred.

- Number of new client acquisitions
- Revenue generated from new clients
- Productivity of Sales Associates
- Retention of partners and clients
Preferred Background
Experience in broking houses, wealth management firms, or fintech platforms with a strong network of financial distributors.
