Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Acquisition Manager - IT role based in New Delhi. The Client Acquisition Manager - IT will focus on identifying, prospecting, and closing new IT-focused business opportunities for TransCurators digital content, training, and creative solutions. Day-to-day work includes researching target markets, building and managing sales pipelines, conducting discovery calls, preparing and delivering tailored demos or presentations, and drafting proposals and commercial offers. The role involves collaborating closely with internal delivery, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with client requirements and ensure a smooth handover from sales to execution. The manager will also maintain accurate CRM records, track key sales metrics, attend client meetings or industry events, and provide feedback on market trends and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT and digital solutions understanding, including familiarity with content production workflows, e-learning platforms, and corporate training or upskilling ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in B2B client acquisition, account management, or business development, preferably within IT services, SaaS, digital content, or e-learning domains.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical or creative offerings into clear business value for stakeholders.
  • Comfort with prospecting tools and CRM systems, along with data-driven pipeline management and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent specialization is an advantage.
  • Prior experience working with international clients or in a global delivery setup is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, client-centric approach, and willingness to learn about evolving IT and digital content trends.
