Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Acquisition Intern. The role involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, and proposing customized recruitment solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, attending virtual meetings, supporting sales teams in prospecting activities, and maintaining a client database. The intern will play a crucial role in creating impact-driven client partnerships and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, with an ability to build and nurture professional relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication proficiency
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills to ensure a positive and productive client journey
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic familiarity with market research methodologies is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning about client acquisition strategies and the recruitment industry
