Role Description The Client Acquisition intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This position involves identifying potential clients, supporting outreach campaigns, and assisting in qualifying leads through research and initial conversations. The intern will help prepare presentations and materials that communicate Adeptiv AI's value proposition in ethical and compliant AI governance. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records in CRM tools, coordinating follow-ups, gathering feedback on client needs, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve acquisition strategies. The intern will also contribute to enhancing client experience during early engagement stages and support the team in organizing demos and meetings.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for client-facing interactions.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and customer service to support positive client outcomes.
• Understanding of customer experience principles and interest in improving client journeys.
• Interest in AI, technology, or compliance domains; prior exposure is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
