Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Acquisition Executive role based in Jaipur. The Client Acquisition Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients in staffing, recruitment, IT consulting, and enterprise hiring, with a focus on building a strong pipeline through outbound research, lead generation, and targeted outreach. The role includes conducting discovery calls and product demos, understanding client needs, positioning SkillBrew.AI's solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to closure. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking funnel metrics, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and providing feedback from the field. The individual will be expected to meet and exceed acquisition targets while representing the brand with clear, professional, and consultative communication.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
- Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition, including prospecting, outreach, and nurturing relationships through to conversion.
- Proven Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in B2B, SaaS, recruitment tech, or related domains.
- Solid Analytical Skills to qualify leads, interpret funnel data, prioritize opportunities, and provide data-backed feedback to internal teams.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ATS/HR tech, staffing, or IT services sales is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and online meeting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive, outcome-focused mindset.
