Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Intern who will be responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and building partnerships with colleges and schools for training programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Introduce company services and generate business opportunities
2. College & School Outreach
- Connect with colleges and schools for industrial training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Communicate with placement coordinators, HODs, and administration
3. Lead Generation & Management
- Generate and maintain a database of potential leads
- Record daily outreach and responses
4. Meeting Coordination
- Schedule meetings between interested clients and senior team
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects
5. Relationship Management
- Maintain professional communication with leads and clients
- Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups
Required Skills
Must Have:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident and proactive personality
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and calling
Preferred:
- Interest in sales and business development
- Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided)
