We are looking for a Client Acquisition Executive who can help expand our market presence, build meaningful industry relationships, and generate new business opportunities across the construction and infrastructure ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone confident in communication, networking, outreach, and relationship-building within the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential clients including builders, architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, developers, hospitals, hotels, and commercial establishments

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn outreach, meetings, and site visits

• Build and maintain a healthy lead database and acquisition pipeline

• Schedule meetings and business introductions for the sales/business team

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain relationship continuity

Market Mapping & Lead Generation

• Track upcoming projects and market opportunities

• Research competitors, industry movements, and active construction developments

• Support expansion into new territories and business segments

• Assist in increasing company visibility within the architecture, construction, and infrastructure ecosystem

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, operations, and management teams

• Maintain records of client interactions, meetings, follow-ups, and business status updates

• Ensure timely and professional communication with all stakeholders

• Support exhibitions, business events, campaigns, and networking initiatives whenever required

Required Skill Set

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in B2B client interaction

• Networking and relationship-building capability

• Professional and presentable approach

• Strong follow-up and coordination ability

• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, email communication, and CRM handling

• Ability to work independently and proactively

Preferred Background

• Experience in elevators, escalators, construction, infrastructure, architecture/interior industry, real estate, or B2B business development preferred

• Freshers with strong communication and business orientation may also apply
