Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients to drive B2B business growth.
Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate partners through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
Understand client training requirements and propose customized learning solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Coordinate with internal training and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
Maintain accurate client data and sales reports in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and corporate learning needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or partnerships (EdTech experience is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to interact confidently with corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for business development.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
