Client Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a motivated business development professional to support and drive growth in the Malaysia market.

Role: Business Development Specialist

Experience: 4 to 7 years

Work Mode: 100% Onsite

Initial Location: Hyderabad, India

Long-Term Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (relocation mandatory)

Important: The selected candidate will initially work onsite from our Hyderabad office for the first 3 months, after which they will be required to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and continue working onsite. Relocation to Malaysia is mandatory for the role.

• Proven hunter mindset with a consistent record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Strong expertise in new business acquisition, lead generation, and deal closure
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
• Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills with decision-makers
• Experience building and scaling client pipelines and driving predictable revenue
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach
• High ownership, accountability, and urgency toward targets
• Willingness to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and work in a complete onsite role
• Exposure to international markets is a strong plus
• IT staffing background is a must
