The Opportunity

You do not need a design background for this role. You need to be a natural with people — someone clients warm to quickly, who can follow up without being pushy and close without being aggressive.

What you put in here has a direct line to what you earn. There is no ceiling, and no politics between you and your commission.

What You Will Do

— Handle inbound leads thru Online inquiries, Walk-ins, & building networks

— Conduct experience centre walkthroughs and client presentations

— Understand client requirements to understand their vision, preferences, and budget

— Present ideas confidently — mood boards, concepts, spatial possibilities

— Close projects by building genuine trust, not just pushing a sale

— Coordinate with internal design and execution teams to set the right expectations

— Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reports

What We Are Looking For

— 1 to 3 years of sales experience in interior design, furniture, real estate, or any client-facing sales role

— A natural communicator — well-presented, confident, quick to build rapport

— Street smart, self-driven, accountable to targets

— Gujarati language proficiency preferred

— Comfortable maintaining CRM records and structured reporting
