Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and clients.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and
  • stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Track performance metrics and report on business development progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications, experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in staffing & recruitment industry with a strong background in B2B sales, Client Acquisition and Business Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
