Work closely with presales engineers to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) or technical quotes.
Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and close opportunities within the sales cycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
Provide regular updates and feedback to the sales leadership on pipeline status and market trends.
Ensure a smooth handover to the project or delivery team post-sales closure.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and customer data in the CRM system.
Prepare and present weekly reports on business development activities.
Education: Any respective graduate or Diploma.
Experience: 13 years of relevant experience in IT sales or client acquisition roles.
Added Advantage: Exposure to cloud, managed IT, security, or infrastructure solutions.
Proven experience in B2B sales, IT solutions, or technology services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and digital outreach techniques.
Excellent networking abilities and a proactive, target-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams (presales, marketing, technical, and operations).
