Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-orientedClient Acquisition Associatewith 2+ years of relevant experience. The primary focus of this role is to engage with prospective clients, drive conversions for counselling services, and support clients through the initial stages of their journey with The Marriage Fit. You will play a key role in building trust, guiding potential clients toward the right services, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email to introduce counselling services and generate interest
  • Understand client needs and guide them toward suitable therapy programs, webinars, or consultations
  • Explain counselling formats, session structures, and pricing clearly and professionally
  • Drive client acquisition by encouraging registrations, consultations, and service sign-ups
  • Follow up consistently with leads and webinar registrants to improve conversion rates
  • Build strong rapport through empathetic, solution-focused communication
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and onboarding with therapists and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate lead and client data in the CRM system
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication throughout the acquisition journey
  • Address initial client queries and provide clear, relevant information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead management and client experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • A master's degree in psychology with relevant experience is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable handling client conversations and guiding decision-making
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-up timelines
  • Ability to work in a target-driven yet client-sensitive environment

Work Timings

  • 10:00 AM 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • One Sunday per month will be a working day, with a compensatory day off provided the following day

Work from Office HSR Layout, Bangalore

Employment Type

Full-time | On-site | Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Compensation Range

20,000 35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Location

Bengaluru, Karnataka (candidates should have a reliable commute or be willing to relocate prior to joining)
