What You Will Do
- Call potential customers and confidently explain the benefits of opening a trading and Demat account with Pocketful.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the account opening journey.
- Request and collect necessary documents required for KYC and account activation.
- Assist customers step-by-step in completing their KYC process.
- Ensure accurate entry of customer information and follow up to ensure timely account opening.
- Build strong customer relationships through great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and celebrate wins as a team!
