Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Client Accounts Manager who will be responsible for bringing in new clients, managing existing accounts, and expanding business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who understands client needs, builds trust, and converts conversations into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Growth

Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts

Build and manage a healthy client pipeline across target markets

Understand client requirements and position company services accordingly

Lead client discussions, negotiations, and commercial closures

Account Management

Own end-to-end client relationships post onboarding

Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and ensure long-term engagement

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat and continuous business

Client Onboarding

Drive onboarding of new clients including documentation, agreements, and engagement setup

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover to delivery/recruitment teams

Ensure clients are set up correctly to start operations without delays

Market & Relationship Building

Stay updated on market trends, client hiring needs, and industry movements

Represent the organization in client meetings, networking events, and discussions

Build strong rapport with decision-makers and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

48 years of experience in client acquisition, account management, or business development

Strong ability to open new accounts and close deals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and outcome-focused mindset

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts

Good to Have

Experience in US IT Staffing / IT Services / Consulting

Existing client network or proven track record of account closures

Understanding of staffing or services-based business models.
