CLIENT ACCOUNT SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Create job postings across various social media platforms.
• Identify and pursue potential members or clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and job fairs.
• Guide new members through the platform registration process, job requirements based on client requests, payment, and benefits.
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on clients staffing needs and work schedules using our automated system.
• Interview and assess prospective applicants on job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary, and benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
