Job Description

Role Overview

The Client Account Manager – AI Division will be responsible for independently managing client accounts, building strong client relationships, understanding business and operational requirements, identifying AI and automation opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal AI teams.
The ideal candidate should possess strong client management and communication skills, proven experience in managing accounts and stakeholders, a consultative approach to understanding business problems, and a strong practical understanding of the AI ecosystem and its business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage day-to day communication with assigned clients and build strong, trusted professional relationships.
Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, goals, challenges, workflows, tools, and operational processes.
Lead client discovery conversations to understand business requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Identify and recommend relevant AI, automation, and technology opportunities based on client business needs.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal AI Strategy, Adoption, and Execution teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
Lead regular client meetings, onboarding discussions, account reviews, project discussions, and stakeholder interactions.
Translate client requirements and business problems into clear briefs and actionable requirements for internal teams.
Support and/or lead AI Assessments, Audits, Blueprints, and AI adoption roadmaps for assigned accounts.
Map client workflows and identify repetitive, manual, time-consuming, or inefficient processes that can benefit from AI or automation.
Manage project expectations, timelines, feedback, dependencies, blockers, and scope throughout the client engagement.
Proactively identify and address client concerns, risks, and escalation points while coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
Ensure clients understand the value and outcomes being delivered, rather than simply tracking tasks and deliverables.
Develop and maintain a strong working understanding of Generative AI, AI Agents, AI Automation, LLMs, RAG/Knowledge Bases, AI Assistants, APIs, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools, technologies, and industry trends and understand their practical business applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional AI, technical, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a strong client experience.
Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and account expansion opportunities based on client needs and business priorities.
Support proposals, solution discussions, roadmaps, and commercial conversations where required.
Maintain accurate account information, meeting notes, action items, client feedback, opportunities, and project updates.
Take ownership of account health, client satisfaction, engagement, retention, and overall relationship growth.

Required Candidate Profile

3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Client Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Client Servicing, Business Development, Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, Project Management, or similar client-facing roles.
Mandatory experience working with an AI-based Product/Service company, SaaS, Technology, Automation, or Digital Transformation company.
Proven experience independently managing client accounts, stakeholders, and multiple ongoing initiatives.
Strong exposure to Account Management, Client Success, Consultative Selling, Business Analysis, and/or Solution Discovery.
Ability to understand client business processes and translate business challenges into AI and automation opportunities.
Experience conducting or participating in client discovery, requirement gathering, workflow mapping, or solution discussions.
Strong practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, technologies, use cases, challenges, and the evolving AI landscape.
Ability to confidently communicate AI concepts and potential solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.
Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying or supporting upsell, cross-sell, renewal, or account expansion opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong professional presence and presentation abilities.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to proactively manage client expectations, risks, escalations, and internal dependencies.
Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly evolving AI environment.
