Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM UK Time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager / Senior Digital Project Manager to independently manage client delivery across Shopify, WordPress, websites, SEO, digital marketing, and web application projects.

This is not a project coordinator role. You will own projects end-to-end, act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate internal teams, manage timelines and expectations, identify risks, and ensure smooth delivery with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client projects from onboarding through successful delivery.
• Lead client meetings, requirement gathering, updates, and ongoing communication.
• Translate client requirements into clear tasks and delivery plans.
• Manage developers, designers, SEO, content, and marketing teams.
• Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
• Proactively identify risks, delays, scope issues, and bottlenecks.
• Manage client expectations and negotiate realistic timelines when required.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
• Track projects, resources, budgets, and profitability in Monday.com.
• Escalate significant technical, commercial, or client risks to management.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing digital agency projects.
• Proven experience managing Shopify projects.
• Strong experience with WordPress is preferred.
• Experience managing websites, web applications, client portals, or SaaS projects.
• Experience working with SEO, content, social media, and digital marketing teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects and remote teams.
• Experience working with UK, US, or Australian clients.
• Strong understanding of website development workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication is essential.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership without constant direction.

Technical & Tools Knowledge

Candidates should have a working understanding of:

• Shopify and WordPress development workflows
• Hosting and domain management
• APIs, integrations, and third-party tools
• Project estimation and delivery risks
• Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• ChatGPT and AI productivity tools
