Job Title: Strategic Accounts Manager
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Market)
CTC: Up to 25 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Strategic Accounts Manager to manage and grow key client relationships in the US market. This role requires strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth from existing enterprise accounts.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a night shift environment and must be fluent in Gujarati and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with strategic / key accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Drive revenue growth and ensure account profitability
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, delivery) to ensure seamless execution
- Handle contract negotiations and renewals
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve escalations proactively
- Track KPIs, revenue targets, and account performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management / Strategic Account Management / Enterprise Sales
- Experience handling US-based clients (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be fluent in Gujarati and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in night shift (US time zone)
Preferred
- Experience in IT / SaaS / Service-based industry
- Prior experience managing high-value enterprise accounts
