Project Role Description : Advise clients by bringing together expertise and thought leadership to shape solutions and solve critical business needs for a portfolio of accounts or a single large account. Bring together the right teams to drive profitable sales growth, expand services and offerings delivered, ensure profitable delivery and influence the clients strategy.

As a Client Account Lead, a typical day involves providing strategic guidance to clients by integrating deep expertise and innovative thinking to address complex business challenges. This role requires coordinating diverse teams to foster growth opportunities, enhance service delivery, and ensure successful outcomes. The Client Account Lead actively shapes client strategies while managing relationships and aligning resources to meet evolving business objectives, ensuring both client satisfaction and organizational profitability through collaborative efforts and insightful decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align client goals with organizational capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Account Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver strategic solutions.
  • Experience in driving business growth through client relationship management and service expansion.
  • Capability to analyze market trends and client needs to inform decision-making.
  • Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared objectives.

Additional Information:
