SaT - EYP - Transaction Strat & Exec :

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

·       Identified of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues

·       Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them

·       Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

• PG from a Tier 1 Institute with a focus on leading delivery of consulting projects in a professional services environment

• Strong financial acumen in terms of financial modelling/concepts (CFA preferred)

Experience

3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an investment bank.
