Cleanroom HVAC / MEP Design Engineer

Climaire HVAC Engineering is looking for an experienced Cleanroom HVAC / MEP Design Engineer on a Contract basis to support our cleanroom, laboratory, healthcare, research and controlled-environment projects.

• Cleanroom HVAC design and engineering
• Heat-load and cooling-load calculations
• Air-change and airflow calculations
• Room pressure and pressure cascade design
• AHU, FCU, FFU and HEPA filtration systems
• Temperature and humidity control
• Fresh-air and exhaust systems
• Ducting and HVAC piping design
• Cleanroom zoning and HVAC layouts
• HVAC equipment selection
• AutoCAD / Revit MEP drawings
• MEP coordination and clash resolution
• BOQ and quantity take-offs
• Equipment schedules and technical documentation
• Shop drawings and as-built drawings

• 3+ years of relevant HVAC/MEP design experience
• Hands-on experience with cleanroom or controlled-environment projects
• Strong understanding of cleanroom HVAC principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Revit MEP experience is an advantage
• Ability to independently prepare HVAC designs and drawings
• Laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare or research-facility experience preferred
• UAE/Gulf project experience is an advantage
