Job Description

  • Involved in the recruitment, training, and supervision of Cleaning Staff.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed in compliance with job descriptions and Health & Safety standards.
  • Oversee daily cleaning activities, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Manage cleaning of toilet areas, replenishing supplies such as toilet rolls, soap, and hand towels.
  • Conduct deep cleaning activities, including shampooing carpets, stripping and repolishing floors, and cleaning lockers.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
