CLEANING SERVICES MANAGER

1. .Team Management.: Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations and day-to-day manpower coordination.

2. .Quality Control.: Regularly inspect cleaning quality and supervise periodic work at job sites to ensure quality service delivery.

3. .Client Communication.: Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents, maintaining good communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. .Planning & Scheduling.: Develop cleaning schedules and work plans to effectively allocate staff stand in at work sites if short of manpower.

5. .Inventory Management.: Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequacy and availability.

6. .Budget Management.: Control the budget for cleaning services and optimize costs and resource usage.

7. .Safety & Compliance.: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and train staff on relevant practices.

8. .Team Collaboration.: Work as a team player with good problem-solving skills and self-discipline communicate effectively with senior workers.
