Claude AI Agent Developer - Social Media & Content Automation

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Claude AI Agent Developer to build AI-powered agents for marketing content creation and social media automation.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Open Claude, Claude Agents, Claude Code, CCA, or similar agentic AI frameworks. The objective is to develop a system that supports content planning, creation, editing, scheduling, and publishing across Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• The exact Open Claude framework and technical setup will be shared during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure Claude-based AI agents and automation bots.
• Create workflows for content ideas, captions, scripts, hashtags, and content calendars.
• Automate content creation for Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and TikTok.
• Integrate AI agents with Meta Business Suite, CapCut, and other relevant tools.
• Set up content review, approval, scheduling, and publishing workflows.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and content quality.
• Test, improve, and document the AI agent and its integrations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Claude Agents, Open Claude, CCA, or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents or automation bots.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, MCP, tool calling, and workflow automation.
• Experience with prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Understanding of content-generation and marketing automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok marketing.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and CapCut.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building social media or content automation agents.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code automation platforms.
• Knowledge of social media APIs and automated publishing workflows.
• Experience working with AI companies, agencies, or startups.
• Portfolio, GitHub repository, demo, or case study of previously built agents.

Expected Deliverables

• A functional Claude-based social media content agent.
• Automated content planning, creation, approval, scheduling, and publishing workflows.
• Integration with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and CapCut.
• Basic technical documentation for operating and maintaining the system.
