Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for Software Trainers specializing in Gen AI and Agentic AI. The role involves designing and delivering classroom and lab-based training sessions on generative AI concepts, agentic AI frameworks, and practical implementation using industry-standard tools and programming languages. Responsibilities include creating and updating training content, hands-on exercises, and real-time project examples to align with current industry trends. The trainer will mentor learners, clarify technical concepts, support project work, and prepare participants for interviews and placements. Additional duties include collaborating with other trainers, collecting feedback to improve course quality, and conducting workshops or seminars for college and corporate audiences as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Computer Software Training and Training skills, with experience delivering technical content to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess practical Software Development skills, preferably with experience implementing Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions using relevant tools and frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills, including the ability to structure curricula, develop learning materials, and create assessments that measure outcomes.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, generative models (e.g., LLMs), and agent-based systems; exposure to cloud platforms and APIs for AI integration is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in AI/ML or instructional design are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide learners, manage classroom dynamics, and work collaboratively with academic and corporate stakeholders.
