Key Responsibilities:
- Teach students across core subjects as per the curriculum guidelines
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans using interactive and activity-based learning methods
- Strengthen foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication
- Conduct classroom activities, projects, and assignments to enhance conceptual understanding
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students
- Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress regularly
- Provide individual attention and academic support where required

Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- B.Ed. is mandatory
- Minimum 13 years of teaching experience in primary classes (Grade 15)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and child development
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and smart classroom teaching
