About The Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences for enterprise-grade and SaaS platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to design solutions that simplify complex workflows-especially in data-intensive and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise and SaaS applications-from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure feasible and scalable design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides for consistency across platforms
- Simplify complex workflows such as data dashboards, analytics platforms, and workflow automation tools
- Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards
- Work in agile environments and contribute to design reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4- 10 years of experience in UI/UX design for enterprise applications or SaaS products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
- Experience designing for data-heavy applications (dashboards, analytics, reporting tools)
- Familiarity with responsive design, web standards, and front-end constraints (HTML/CSS basics)
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
AI-Powered Design Tools (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Uizard, Galileo AI, Adobe Firefly
- Ability to use AI for rapid wireframing, prototyping, UX copy generation, and design exploration
- Experience integrating AI into the end-to-end design workflow to improve speed and innovation
Good To Have
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, genomics, or biotech platforms
- Understanding of regulated environments (HIPAA, GxP, clinical workflows, diagnostics systems)
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven applications or data visualization tools
- Experience designing for scientific or technical users (researchers, clinicians, analysts)
- Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Miro
