Program Manager - Life Sciences Domain | 8-12 Yrs | Bangalore
We are hiring an experienced Program Manager with Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domain expertise to manage large-scale programs in IT / Data / Analytics / Digital transformation projects.
The candidate should have strong experience in program delivery, stakeholder management, and Life Sciences domain knowledge.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects
- Work with stakeholders from Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare / Biotech domain
- Plan roadmap, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Product, QA, Business)
- Track program status, risks, and KPIs
- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
- Drive Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid project execution
- Coordinate with global clients / onsite teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP / FDA / HIPAA good to have)
Required Skills
- 8+ years experience in Program / Project Management
- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domain
- Experience in IT / Analytics / Data / Digital projects
- Strong stakeholder & delivery management skills
- Agile / Scrum / PMP / SAFe experience preferred
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
Good To Have
- Clinical / R&D / Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance knowledge
- PMP / PgMP / Scrum certification
- Experience with global clients
