Position: Zonal Manager Claims (West)

Role Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end motor claims for OEM business across the West zone, ensuring smooth coordination with all stakeholders, timely settlements, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Claims Management
- Oversee complete OEM motor claim lifecycle with timely and accurate closure.
- Monitor TAT, documentation quality, and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with insurers, workshops, surveyors, OEM teams, and customers for seamless claim processing.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for approvals and settlements.
Performance & Review
- Conduct periodic reviews with insurers and workshops, track KPIs, and implement improvements.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate claim data and dashboards.
- Prepare and present periodic claim performance reports.
Training & Enablement
- Train workshops, dealer staff, and internal teams on claim processes and documentation.
System & Process Management
- Coordinate with IT/operations for system integration and data validation.
- Manage garage codes, loss codes, and rectify data discrepancies.
Dispute & Escalation Handling
- Manage complex or disputed claims and facilitate fair resolutions.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to improve claims efficiency.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Insurance, Automobile Engineering, or related field.
- 812 years of motor claims experience (preferably OEM/Broking).
- Strong knowledge of OEM processes, IRDAI guidelines, and garage operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and claim management systems.
- Willingness to travel across the zone.
