We are seeking an experienced Claims Head to oversee our claims department in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims management and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the claims department, ensuring efficient processing and resolution of claims.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for claims management.
• Review and analyze claims data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Provide training and support to claims staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless claims process and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Respond to escalated claims issues and resolve disputes effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
