Opportunity for BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / Pharmacy / Nursing
Role 1: Claims Assessor (General)
Location: IBC Knowledge Park, Bannerghatta Road- Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate claim documents submitted by insured members
- Analyze and process reimbursement/medical claims
- Assess claims as per policy coverage and benefits
- Follow up for pending documents via email/calls
- Process claims for payment in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams (Medical/Membership)
- Maintain MIS and reporting
Role 2: Claims Assessor (Cashless)
Location: IBC Knowledge Park, Bannerghatta Road- Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cashless claim approvals in real-time
- Coordinate with hospitals/providers for query resolution
- Adjudicate claims as per policy terms
- Ensure SLA/TAT adherence for approvals
- Liaise with underwriting team for complex/high-value cases
- Maintain MIS and reports
