Brief role

Opportunity for BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / Pharmacy / Nursing

Role 1: Claims Assessor (General)

Location: IBC Knowledge Park, Bannerghatta Road- Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and validate claim documents submitted by insured members
  • Analyze and process reimbursement/medical claims
  • Assess claims as per policy coverage and benefits
  • Follow up for pending documents via email/calls
  • Process claims for payment in the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Medical/Membership)
  • Maintain MIS and reporting

Role 2: Claims Assessor (Cashless)

Location: IBC Knowledge Park, Bannerghatta Road- Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cashless claim approvals in real-time
  • Coordinate with hospitals/providers for query resolution
  • Adjudicate claims as per policy terms
  • Ensure SLA/TAT adherence for approvals
  • Liaise with underwriting team for complex/high-value cases
  • Maintain MIS and reports
