Role Name - Claims Advocacy
Location - Pune / Mumbai - WFO
Shift - US Shifts ( 6.00 PM or 9.00 PM )
Notice Period - Any
Skill set - 3+ years of experience in end-to-end claims with motor, Property, Cyber liability, directors and officer's claims, employee professional liability with complex claims handling experience.
· Strong foundational and applied experience in U.S. and Canada-based General Liability, Cyber Liability, and EPL
· Client-facing exposure, with proven communication skills and service awareness · A history of managing claims through a variety of cycles, from intake to complex resolution
· Understanding of jurisdictional nuances, including comparative negligence, statutory guidelines, and claims with layered liability
· High aptitude for self-sourcing answers, initiating critical conversations, and displaying resourcefulness
· Experience negotiating with carriers and an awareness of claims business processes from the carrier perspective.
